- California public officials: a written demand under Gov. Code §7928.215 requires removal of a home address and phone number within 48 hours, and the site may not repost them.
- Referral to California's Safe at Home address-confidentiality program. We are not an enrolling agency.
Domestic-violence survivors referred by a shelter or advocate get the full Safety Shield service at a reduced, sliding-scale rate. Advocates and shelters: contact us about a referral partnership.

Pricing notes
- Renewal price shown up front. Annual plans renew at the listed price. We send an annual summary and the renewal price before you're charged.
- Total Privacy monthly has a 3-month minimum ($177), because the setup work (freezes, lockdown, spam-call setup) happens up front.
- Add-on discounts. Family members after the first, and Teams members, get add-ons at 20% off. Third-party registered-agent and virtual-address fees for Business/LLC Privacy are billed at cost.
- Monthly vs. annual. Monthly billing costs more over a year. Essentials annual saves 31% compared with paying monthly.
- Deep Clean upgrade credit. If you switch to a subscription within 90 days of a Deep Clean, we credit you toward it.
- Teams are billed annually at $179 per person, with a 5-person minimum. Each person gets Essentials, and the admin gets a team report.
- No removal guarantee. We submit and pursue removal requests on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that any website will remove your information, that removed information will not reappear, or that information derived from public records will be deleted.
